The premise of the workshop revolves around the king of a wealthy kingdom who is looking to expand his empire by building an "Alpha Team". The participating teams who are ambitious citizens of the kingdom need to qualify for becoming part of "Alpha Team" by successfully completing "Million Dollar Challenge".
All teams loaded with initial funds need to strategically plan their investments and tasks to maximize the returns for the kingdom. The returns are based on how many tasks they complete. Teams can't invest in all the tasks because of limited funds. That is why it becomes very important for them to select the tasks based on their team strengths.
The ultimate twist awaits all the teams at the end where they realize that there was an alternate course of actions possible for completing the challenge in faster, easier and better productive way.
